After receiving a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State Poly Pomona, Jeff’s long time interest in reading, writing, movies and daydreaming then led him to the world of motion pictures where he realized that cameras, lenses and the way light travels is very “math-like” As a Director Of Photography, Jeff’s shot fantastic work that has made people all over, laugh, cry or tilt their heads and ponder. He’s shot national commercials, feature films, documentaries, fantastic independent projects and intimate films. He has a solid understanding of the technical and artistic aspects of Cinematography and believes in mixing creativity with preparation and efficiency. He’s an easygoing yet decisive Director of Photography with a clear mission … use light, lenses, angles and intuition to aid the Director in solid story telling.
